Site and Story have a long tradition of intertwined relation, and it is a widespread phenomenon throughout human culture. They cannot be truly separated for the nature of their parasitical structure, and this thereby makes mutual appropriation inevitable.

As a re-creation of a space from a fiction by the artist, the piece operates as a tableaux of 'treetreffen' (tree meeting), where the speaker tree (tree with a mic) narrates the observations from its trip to fellow trees. As walking in to the space (toilet, Berlin), visitor is immediately put in the shoes of an unnoticed observer. she or he is to walk in the middle of an already happening scene, where audio playing from a planted sound device in the speaker tree's pot is on a loop.

The idea was to have a story of the story told by a passive participant, one traditionally perceived as part of the landscape than as one of the actors.
