Being social is not a preset that applies to every circumstances.

 

Sometimes I don’t feel like talking at all, but regardless I still feel like I should be social when I’m in a 'social circumstance', when one is expected to socialize.

 

Not being social is not anti-social, but how do I get the message across without talking about it - being social to not be social?
